Most builders we know are honest, and desire to build quality homes; However, the builder and the city code inspector cannot always be there. Select Inspect can visit your property as an independent third party, representing your best interest. We discover errors early on, which can

These are typically inspections to verify repairs before the next phase begins, and before the "repair conditions" may be concealed; giving the buyer more peace of mind. We can give you a report with photos and quite a lot of information, to aid you in asking your builder for maintenance / deficiency repairs.

If you Did Not have your home inspected new; you should definitely get this service.

If you did have your home inspected new; you should still consider this service. If S.I. inspected your new home, we can check to see if repairs were made since our last visit, and check for other components that may have worn, failed, or become defective over the year.

Give your home its 1st birthday gift of fixing any problems that may be found. Most builders will even touch-up cosmetic finishes cracks, caulking, popped nails, etc.)
