We can give you a report with photos and quite a lot of information,
to aid you in asking your builder for maintenance / deficiency repairs.

you Did Not have your home inspected new;
you should definitely get this service.
If you did have your home inspected new; you should still consider
this service. If S.I. inspected your new home, we can check to see
if repairs were made since our last visit, and check for other components
that may have worn, failed, or become defective over the year.
Give
your home its 1st birthday gift of fixing any problems
that may be found. Most builders will even touch-up cosmetic finishes
cracks, caulking, popped nails, etc.)
