hired Bruce to do a pre-inspection of the home we are about to
put on the market. We are thoroughly pleased with the level of
detail Bruce's inspection covered. Our realtor, who has been in
business for over 30 years, was in shock at how thorough Bruce's
inspection was. The day he came, it was cold and rainy. I figured
he would probably cancel and reschedule for another day. Not Bruce.
He was up on my roof in the cold wind and rain inspection and
taking detailed photographs. He spent no less than an hour inspecting
the exterior of my home in the inclement weather. When we had
a question regarding our report, Bruce spoke with my husband at
9 PM to allay his concerns. We will be hiring Select Inspect again
in the near future when we find the home we are going to purchase.
