Multi-Family, Retail, Warehouse, & Office Property

Property Condition Assessment (PCA).
This is performed in general guidance to the ASTM E 2018-99; "standard guide for property condition assessments: baseline property condition assessment process".

We provide our clients with a general synopsis of the property conditions including types of systems/components present at the property, and obvious deficiencies and maintenance issues regarding: structure, HVAC / mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing and related components, health and safety concerns, moisture related defects, flatwork, parking areas, public areas / recreational facilities, and site drainage.

If you require a more comprehensive service, Select Inspect Property Consultants%u2122 has a number of licensed specialists we associate with including: electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing, specialty roof, elevator, and structural engineers. Or if you have your own specialist in mind, we will be happy to work with them to prepare your report and present the findings to you or your representatives.

Our Experience

I have personally inspected dozens of commercial properties. SIPC specializes in Retail shop/ Strip centers, and Multi-Family properties; from small complexes with one or two buildings with 10-20 dwellings, to larger complexes with 50 buildings over 300 dwellings, with recreational facilities- clubhouse, pools, saunas, etc.
